Payment terms

• 50% deposit to start projects

• Final payment before site goes live

• Clear pricing – no hidden fees

Timeline

• Realistic deadlines based on project scope

• Communication is key – delays happen when info is missing

• Rush jobs available for extra fee

Revisions

• 2 rounds of revisions included

• Additional changes billed hourly

• Major scope changes = new quote

Intellectual property

• You own your website when paid in full

• I reserve right to showcase in portfolio

• Custom code stays with me unless specified

Support

• 30 days free support post-launch

• Ongoing maintenance available

• I don’t disappear after launch

Liabilities

• I build secure sites, but you’re responsible for updates

• Backups recommended (I can set those up)

• Not liable for lost profits or data

Termination

• Either party can terminate with notice

• Work completed gets paid for

• Deposit non-refundable after work starts
